Order confirmations do not indicate final acceptance, and we reserve the right to accept or decline an order for any reason. Payments can be made via UPI, Cash on Delivery, or credit/debit cards, and you must provide accurate and complete payment information. Shipping costs and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processes. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed over to the carrier. International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

We accept returns within seven days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Certain categories, such as read or damaged books, personalized items, gift cards, and specific stationery (including opened ink bottles or single-use pens), are non-returnable.
